So I've clearly failed miserably at blogging, and also (sadly) at my resolution. I've had periods of success where I haven't even wanted to talk to the ex and also times where I've just broken down and talked to him which clearly is not good news. I really think I'm about to set a record for the world's longest, most drawn out, most unclear break-up in the world. I'd rather stop now before the record tops all others too absurdly much. So, its back to the resolution (the difficult stuff) and also back to the fashion blog (the fun stuff). I plan to begin the resolution today and stick to it. Just to set aims low at first, I'm going to say I'll just avoid communication for the month of April, but hopefully at the end of that I'll be adjusted. Wish me the best of luck and there will be more posts (the next times regarding fashion not some silly break-up) to come soon!

The February Resolution

After months of going through possibly the most drawn out and muddled break up ever, I have decided to call it quits once and for all, thank to my persistently caring friends. With a massive amount of time newly available (eliminate mass amounts of texts daily, phone calls, and the occasional Skype sesh) I quickly decided I needed something new and fun to insert in that time slot.

Enter the fashion blog. Now I will have a legit excuse for hours of pouring over clothing and accessories while online shopping and for my examination of countless photos from magazines and the runways. And honestly, what's more fun than fashion? I'm doubting any boy out there can compete.

So I'm taking the long prescribed advice for a break up and picking up a hobby, delving into a passion, and simply allowing myself to be completely and utterly selfish. And hopefully I'll pick up some fabulous fashion inspiration on the way.

Beginning this February, I resolve to get over an ex and cure my break-up woes with the best cure I can think of - fashion.
